
Refund and Returns Policy for MumuToyBaby

At MumuToyBaby, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to provide peace of mind with every purchase.
1. Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or email confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened or used toys and products for hygiene reasons
- Items that have been personalized or customized to your specifications

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If you used a credit or debit card, the funds will be returned to the same card. If you paid via PayPal or other methods, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account or the payment method used.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Refunds are not issued for exchanges; they must be processed as separate transactions.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Order Cancellations

Once the order has been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure.
